Speaker Registration & Benefits

As a virtual conference speaker, you will receive a complimentary pass to the expo and conference – we take care of getting you registered so you don’t have to. Once registered, you will receive an email to create a profile on the virtual platform called Swapcard so that you can network, visit with exhibitors, and participate in your educational session. The Swapcard platfom will be open to speakers and the audience on or before March 23rd.

Important Deliverables & Deadlines

Please carefully review the following deliverables and deadlines required of all speakers. If you’ve already provided us with some or all these items, please feel free to skip over this section.


  • March 19th

    • Speaker Agreement Due. Download, review, sign, and submit the agreement. Click here to download.

    • Professional Bio & Photo / Mobile Number Due

    • Photo should be 300 x 300 pixel, high-resolution preferred. Send these to your conference contact.

    • Presentation Slides Due March 19th or by your pre-recording date

Presentation Requirements & Submission Instructions

ALL slide submissions MUST follow the requirements below.

  • Presentations must be submitted in a PDF and PPT format (contact your speaker lead if this is an issue for you)
  • Aspect ratio of slides should be 16:9
  • Name the presentation file: BIOMED2021_FirstFiveWordsofSessionTitle_YourLastName.pdf
  • Submit your presentation below

Live on the Day

  1. Sessions will be pre-recorded on Zoom or Streamyard and recorded for post-event delivery.
  2. The Events team will email you instructions for log-in, prep and other details for the live day.
  3. The chat window will be live, and you’ll need to be available to monitor it for Q&A. You'll receive a calendar invite and our events team will provide assistance as needed.

Do not include sales pitches and commercial information in your presentations. Our conferences provide educational and informative presentations. Speakers who include self-promotional content may not be considered for future speaking opportunities.
